What is PSF Plus?

PSF plus is a liquid that protects the tire against leakage. The patented mix of corrosion-inhibiting elements, fibers and polymers keeps the tire inflated and protects the rim against rust and wear. When leaking, the PSF Plus fluid turns into a clot that seals the leak and prevents further leaks. Less downtime and therefore a lower cost per operating hour.

How does PSF Plus work?

If a puncture occurs in the tire, the air is blown out through the puncture. The rubber fibers of PSF Plus are then sucked into the penetration and thus seal the leak.

How does PSF Plus work?
In the event of a tire puncture, the PSF plus fibers convert into a clot that seals the puncture in the tire and prevents further deflation. The fluid can be applied directly into the tire before installation, after which the fluid spreads within 10 to 15 minutes in the air chambers of the tire or the fluid can be injected into the tire via the valve using a specially designed pump.

PSF plus is a safe solution that does not damage the tire and rim. The fluid can withstand both very high and very low temperatures. With this fluid, your wheels (innerliners, rims and radial tires) are well protected against corrosion. PSF Plus does not contain Ethylene Glycol, is water resistant and comes with a 100% money-back guarantee.

PSF plus is ideally suited for low speed vehicles that require continuous operation in construction, agriculture, waste processing and mining. Many of our customers are green areas, construction companies, contractors and companies in road construction and waste processing.

For which tires can PSF Plus be used?
Industrial Tires indicates that for optimal results PSF Plus should only be used if the wheel and the space in the tire are clean and free of dirt or other foreign material. When the liquid solidifies, dirt can reduce its effectiveness.
Does PSF plus have an effect on the quality of the tire?
The quality and product properties of the tire do not change when PSF plus is used. Maintaining tire pressure for longer results in more efficient fuel use and less tire wear. So it reduces downtime while extending the life of your tires!
Are repairs to my tires still possible?
PSF Plus is a sealer and cannot therefore be seen as a permanent repair. In many cases these can be postponed. Repairs to the tire are still possible because PSF Plus can easily be removed with soap and water. After the repair, the PSF plus can be partly reused and replenished to the correct amount.
How do I apply PSF Plus?

You can easily apply PSF Plus with a pump.

Can I put PSF Plus in my passenger car tire?
It is not recommended to install PSF Plus in tires that travel at speeds above 80 km/h, because the many sealing fibers can cause an imbalance at high speeds. That is why we recommend PSF Plus for vehicles that do not use highways and reach a speed above 50 km/h.
