You will find the most frequently asked questions here. If you have a question that is not listed, please contact us or request a product demonstration.

What kind of material is in rubber tracks?
Rubber tracks consist not only of rubber, but also of other components that determine the quality of the rubber tracks. In addition to rubber, the rubber track consists of metal parts, which ensure that the rubber track has a grip on the gears. There are also steel cables running the length of the rubber track, which provide stiffness and ensure that the rubber track remains at the correct tension under the machine. And there are also textile cords in the rubber tracks to ensure that the steel wires stay in place properly.
How can I get the most out of my rubber tracks?
Just like with pneumatic tires, the tension on rubber tracks is very important. The correct tension ensures that the rubber tracks stay firmly under the machine and it prevents premature wear of the rubber tracks. Also by preventing the rubber tracks from spinning, the profile remains intact for longer.
What is the difference between non marking rubber track and regular rubber tracks?
Non-marking rubber tracks are specially made for applications where no prints of the rubber tracks should remain on the surface. Regular dark rubber tracks can leave black stripes on a floor. These Non-marking rubber tracks are almost always mounted on machines that work indoors, such as: Aerial work platforms and smaller cranes.
